Hello, I’m Narcy Nguyen /ˈnɑːrsi ŋwɪən/ (she/her), a Ho Chi Minh City-based writer and education operations lead who finds herself too American for Vietnam and too Vietnamese for America. One question I keep asking is whether a person can truly be themselves within the boundaries of fame and power. I hold a B.A. in International Economics from Foreign Trade University, HCMC, Vietnam.
